Le tableau de Asger

10/08/2012 15:08

So apprently mocking Asger on Facebook actually gets him to do stuff.  Who knew?  Kenneth Christensen snapped a very summery looking table in Fælledparken.

Way to stick to the kiddie ramps, Juniour...

Meet the BMX Butikken team

23/01/2012 21:25

So we finally got a little team page up.  Nothing fancy, though we do have something a little more fun in the works.

Check it out at www.bmxbutikken.dk/team

A big thanks to Paw Friis for letting us jack some of his photos from Facebook!  Be sure to check out his blog.

Quick Clips // Extended Cuts

13/06/2011 20:38

Things have been a little busy around here over the last month, but we finally found the time to get the edit done from our little trip to Århus before "The Spring Sessions" jam in Alborg.

We filmed a few more bits around CPH when we got home, then it all sat on my computer for 4 weeks.  Brilliant.

So here we go!

Adidasger

25/05/2011 13:01

Asger's haircut is only rivaled by my blogging skills...  I saw that Bitchslap had posted this on their blog and decided that I should probably get my arse into gear and get it on BMX Butikken!

Some clips from a lazy Sunday afternoon session at BMX Butikken's local skatepark (our new warehouse is in the big brown building right behind you can see in the background).

In other news, we are currently sitting on a ferry on the way to Århus. Fun.

Asger debuts his directorial skills in our latest Quick Clips installment, then comes through with the goods on the bike in the last clip.  A special thanks needs to be sent out to his very brave girlfriend for entrusting us with her very expensive camera...

Make rain.

Asger's new Lombric

21/03/2011 12:21

Asger's got a new ride and it looks fancy.  I would go as far as to say it is the nicest looking bike he has ever had.  Let's see how long it can avoid his infamous styling techniques...

Summer fun!

14/02/2011 17:29

We do, but only just...  Luckily, Asger has photographic evidence that it really does happen sometimes.  A BMX Butikken approved tabletop, leafy trees and blue skies.  Oh summer we miss you!

Still too cold for Wonderland, or maybe I am just too old...

The second installment of our new Quick Clips series and once again we are hiding out in the, surprisingly, warm Hall'o'Boble. We promise the 3rd one will be from somewhere else...

Comments | Posted in Nyheder By BMX Butikken

So here is the first installment of what we hope will become something of a semi-regular series of edits.  Basically, the name says it all; Quick Clips.  Nothing too fancy, just some bits and pieces we film day to day.

This one features the newly completed mini in Boblehallen.  There's a little photo feature of the construction and first sessions on its way to simplebmx.com, so keep your eyes out for that.

I'm pretty sure the entire Copenhagen BMX community owes Frank from Ramp-Riders a few beers for this one.  This entire project was strictly charity, so be sure to say thanks the next time you see him.  Working for free and spending your own money to get a spot going is a sure sign of love for BMX!

Check out DKFC's website for more info about when you can ride the ramp.
